Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time All orders for Physical Products are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The normal delivery time for the orders is 7-8 days for Physical products.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active in 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes otfebooks.com are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages otfebooks.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Pre-orders
Products booked as pre-orders will be shipped when available.
Digital/Downloadable Products
Digital/Downloadable Products will be available immediately after successful payment, you will get detailed information and links on email address provided at the time of making order. we can also download these from your account in my orders section. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. A refund may be requested for pre-orders if the product is not shipped within 90 days of payment. Products which are received in a damaged condition may be replaced at the Company’s discretion. Digital products once downloaded can’t be returned in any circustances.
We completely understand that once you order online, the next biggest question usually is “Where is my stuff?” – At otfebooks.com, we address that worry by promising you “No worries for shipping”.
